Amulet of Dreams

Description:

The Amulet of Dreams is an Ancient Amulet created jointly by the Collective for Scientific Advancement as an experimental artifact during the beginning of Project Infinity back in ███ ███. Dubbed "A summoners Best Friend" the amulet utilized a complex ability to be able to tap directly into the Eternal Nexus, along with the mk0 original Project Infinity Time Stone, to gain the capability of summoning any relic or any individual from across time and space. Because of the volatility of this power, a low-level ANI system was installed inside the Amulet to give a very low level of sentience thus allowing it to protect itself against those who would seek it out for nefarious purposes. The Amulet was thus locked in a clearance system, only allowing people with the right clearance to recall powerful relics to them. The Amulet was created with 5 other artifacts holding the other 5 mk0 stones. Unfortunately, due to a catastrophic failure ending to ███ █, the other 5 artifacts designed alongside the Amulet of Dreams have been lost to the ages. Since then the Amulet of Dreams has been kept under lock and key and only handed out to those trustworthy enough to wield its immense capabilities.

History:

During the middle of the █████ ███ after the resounding success shown from the Original Alpha PI relic the All-Seeing Eyes of God. Dr. Timothy Owens started Project Infinity in earnest to supercharge the power in the latest line of Artifacts produced by the Collective for Scientific Advancement. 6 Singularities were created using specific Aspect-based spells that have been since lost to time. Those 6 singularities resonated with 6 different powers: Time, Power, Mind, Soul, Reality, and Space. The CSA then compressed these 6 singularities into 6 Crystalline Gems of immense power. These Gems were then placed into 6 Artifacts, The amulet, the Orb, the Cube, and 3 others that have since been lost to the ages. After the cataclysmic ending to ███ ███, all but one of the artifacts were lost, scattered into the infinite expanse beyond. The Amulet however somehow survived the cataclysm and has since been kept in the care of the Collective until the middle of ███ ████ when it was handed to Omega. After the end of ███ ████ and the rediscovery of Safezone -DMZ-1 with the ██████████████ rift being made suitable for the Rift Born to survive re-entry; the amulet was gifted in secret to SAGE the synthetic charged with guiding the Rift Born from the rift to the rest of the metaverse.  

Known Abilities:

Temporal Manipulation

Utilizing the Mk0 Project Infinity stone of Time the wielder of the Amulet of Dreams can manipulate the fabric of time itself, turning back the clock or turning it forward. or even freezing it in place. It can also lock the entity and your foe in an infinite time loop until you choose to close it, forever trapping you and your enemy in an eternal prison until you choose to break it.

Relic Summoning

By tapping into the Eternal Nexus the wielder of the Amulet of Dreams can summon any other relic from throughout the metaverse. By combining the power of the mk0 Project Infinity time stone and the link to the Eternal Nexus, the wielder can summon any relic from any time period, including relics destroyed in other ages, Dubbed lost relics. The wielder just has to know of the relic in question to be able to summon it. The VI installed within the amulet may block more powerful relics from ending up in the hands of people they shouldn't though.

Agent Summoning

By using a bind to TRUTH and the alchemical properties used to power the mk0 Project Infinity time stone, the wielder can use the Amulet of dreams to summon warriors from out of time and space. This ability has a limitation that the warriors summoned must eventually be returned back to where and when they came from, or the wielder risks doing irreparable damage to the timeline by pulling someone out of time permanently. This limitation would be weakened if the Wielder has an active pact with TRUTH. This is especially true if the wielder is summoning long-dead warriors as they would be transformed into Phantoms, able to continue protecting even after death.

Relic Recall/Duplication

If the Wielder of the Amulet of Dreams has ever gotten a hold of a specific relic that is not of their own and then recalled it to the nexus for safekeeping. the nexus logs the relic allowing the wielder to recall it back to them at any point in time they so choose. When the relic in question has been stolen by someone else the wielder can recall the relic back to them, with two outcomes that are likely: - The relic will be recalled from the current user into the hand of the wielder - The relic will be duplicated making it so both the wielder and the user who currently holds the relic now hold a copy of it. This duplication *glitch* is rare and will result in a toll later on, as all magic comes with a price in the end and you can't get something for nothing.

Addendum:

While the Amulet is all that seems to persist to this day, the 5 other relics were not destroyed like it may have been believed. The cataclysm that ensued in ███ ███ rather dispersed them all across the infinite expanse of creation. The locations of where they ended up have since been lost to time, but it is said that at least the orb can be found deep within where the ocean has claimed the land of the lost. The cube location has been lost to time like the remaining other 3 relics.
